PMN+ (Polynesian Music Network Plus, "PMN+," "we," "us," or "our") is part of Island City Media Group. We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you visit polynesianmusicnetwork.com, including the PMN+ Shop (the "Site"), when you buy from us, and when you sign up for our emails or texts. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

Name and email address
Mobile phone number, if you add it to get texts
Shipping and billing address
Order details, such as the items and sizes you buy
Messages you send us, such as order or sizing questions
Account details, if you create a PMN+ account

Payment details you enter at checkout are handled by Shopify and our payment providers (including Afterpay). We never see or store your full card number.

Pages and products you view, items you add to your bag, and checkout activity

Cookies and similar technologies, including browser storage that keeps your bag and welcome code

2. How we use your information

To process, print, ship and track your orders.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates and other service messages.
To answer questions and handle exchanges, misprints and returns.
To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Site and our products.
To send marketing emails and texts if you signed up, including new drops, welcome codes and reminders about products you viewed or left in your bag or checkout. You can opt out at any time.
To prevent fraud, protect the Site and comply with legal obligations.

3. Email and text messages

Email. When you sign up on the Site, you agree to receive marketing emails from PMN+. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Text messages (SMS). If you give us your mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from PMN+ at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS Terms for full details.

We do not share or sell your mobile number or text-message opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share them only with the service providers that send our messages for us.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site and improve your experience:

Essential: keep your bag, apply your welcome code, run checkout and remember your preferences.
Marketing and measurement: our email platform (Klaviyo) uses cookies to recognize subscribers who return to the Site, record products viewed and added to the bag, and measure email opens and clicks. We use this to send our own reminders and to understand what's working.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or clear site data. Some features, such as your bag, may not work without them. We do not currently show third-party advertising on the Site.

5. Third-party services

We use trusted service providers to run the store, including:

Shopify: checkout, payments and order management
Afterpay: pay-in-4 payments, if you choose it
Klaviyo: email, text messages and onsite tracking
Our print and fulfilment partners: to print and ship your order
Shipping carriers: to deliver your order and provide tracking
Hosting and infrastructure providers: to host the Site and customer accounts
Social media platforms: if you follow or interact with us on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube

These providers process your information to deliver their services to us and may handle data under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

6.1 Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

The service providers listed above, to run the store and deliver your orders.
Law enforcement or government agencies, if required by law.
A buyer or successor, if PMN+ or Island City Media Group is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

6.2 Data security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, and checkout runs on Shopify's secure, encrypted platform. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access, update, correct or delete your personal information.
Opt out of marketing emails and texts.
Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
Object to or limit certain processing.

To make a request, email info@islandcitymediagroup.com with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and from texts by replying STOP.

7.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the Site, and we use the onsite information described above only to send our own messages. You may use an authorized agent to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7.2 Other US states

Residents of other states with privacy laws, such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and Oregon, have similar rights. Contact us at the email above to use them. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

7.3 Outside the United States

The PMN+ Shop ships within the United States only. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its updated date. Please check back periodically.
