Shipping Policy

Where we ship

All 50 US states, including Hawaii and Alaska. We don't ship outside the USA yet.

How long it takes

• Printing: 2–4 business days. Every piece is printed to order.
• Shipping: 3–7 business days once it leaves the printer.
• Total: about 5–11 business days. Drop weeks can add 1–2 days.

Shipping cost

• Standard: $8.00
• Express: $15.00

The exact cost shows at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Orders ship by UPS. You'll get an email with a tracking link when yours ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, email info@islandcitymediagroup.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery with your order number and photos. Once tracking shows a package delivered to the address entered at checkout, PMN+ isn't responsible for loss or theft after delivery; check around the delivery area and with the carrier first. If a package looks lost before delivery, email us and we'll investigate. Please double-check your address at checkout: packages returned for an incorrect or incomplete address may need extra shipping before we resend. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
