Eden Park, New Zealand's national stadium in Auckland, made history again as thousands of people across the country came together to reclaim the official GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ title for the world's largest haka.
On Sunday, September 29, a crowd of 6,531 gathered at the iconic stadium—known as The Fortress—to perform "Ka Mate," the haka created by Te Rauparaha, chief of Ngāti Toa Rangatira. This powerful display of unity and cultural pride shattered the previous record of 4,028 participants, set in France in 2014.
